So, we've been kind of busy, but with no internet connection at the house, updating the blog is difficult to say the least.

A week or so ago, we went to Bilbao.  Visited the outside of the Guggenheim, but decided that it was too large and too contemporary for the guys to deal with...they are not the biggest art fans.  We opted instead for the Museo Bella Artes, which is the main Bilbao art museum with a wider variety of art and smaller collection.  I like contemporary art and all art, the three others, not so much.  Still the trip was fun.  We took a bus, it was only 1.5 hrs, but somehow seemed more painful than the 10 hour ride from Santiago de Compestela.  Perhaps it was because none of us were sitting together and i ended up next to a rather large man who took up his chair and half of mine.  When the bus emptied out part way, I moved.  Ahhh.

Sorry for the unrotated pics. I will fix it for next time.  With little time to post...I can't do everything.

  1. My goodness, it looks like the boys have grown in the short time you've been there! I'm assuming you're getting ready to go to Barcelona. How long will you be there and what does the rest of your itinerary look like?
