Well, we left Michigan on 8/30/2014. Thanks to Allison we made it to the airport on time and in a good mood. After a LONG flight we landed in Amsterdam with a 8 hour layover. Five hours of touring Holland's finest coffee shops we returned to Schiphol no worse for wear to wait for our flight to Oporto, Portugal. The pictures tell the story. Oh, the name of this blog WILL change, but for now we are Vagabonds.

OH MY Gosh we were tired! I was the only one who slept on the overnight flight and that was due to the kindness of my children letting me sleep in their laps (we were three across) and my Dr. who prescribed me a mild sleeping aid. ;-)
